  • Membership starts and is active after booking your first appointment
  • Membership stays active until canceled
  • If you cancel your membership, you may not reactivate for a minimum of 6 months
  • After cancellation, any available credits may be used towards any full priced services until replenished. Spa credits have no cash value and will not be refunded. 
  • Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your card on file once a month
  • Membership is non-transferrable 

In the event we are unable to collect your monthly payment, you will have 3 business days to update your payment information. If your payment information is not updated within the allotted timeframe, your membership will be canceled and all future membership benefits will be forfeited. You may not reactivate your membership for a minimum of 6 months.

After signing up, you will receive an email about your subscription. Please find the Booking Portal Link at the bottom of that email. Use the link to schedule your appointments and to view your booking count and billing cycle. You may also edit your card information and cancel your membership using this link.
